30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

To request a return, please email byontextile@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at byontextile@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order for the desired item.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
